Familiar with optimization tools (ITK, ENIQ, QGIS, Mapinfo, Nepa)

Multi-domain knowledge on RAN, Transport, Core

Basic knowledge on open source programming

Job description

1) Based on deep technical understanding and ability to extract insight from e.g. network data to deliver high quality network design, audit and optimization services according to requirements and customer needs and specifications.

2) Based on advanced technical network analysis, supports pre-sales org, e.g. Solution Architects, with credible business opportunities for services, products and SW sales.

3) Be able to work with new analytics solutions related to automation and ML tools.

4) Work independently and provide quality deliverables per project or service scope.

5) Drive technology innovation aiming at identifying project efficiencies, new solutions and services.

6) Financial and commercial awareness of delivered NDO services.

7) Customer focus and consulting.

Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Deep knowledge on all technologies 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G SA/NSA
• With at least 7 years experience in the telecom industry, either on vendor or service provider environment
• RF Optimization expertise for the improvement of OSS and DT/VDT KPIs to meet customer requirement.
• Familiar with optimization tools such as ITK, ENIQ, mapping tools (QGIS, Mapinfo, GE), Nepa, etc…
• Multi domain knowledge on RAN, Transport, Core.
• Suggest resolution of technical problems within multiple domains.
• Analyze and discuss with customer improvement areas and challenges related to technology.
• Document and present a service offering, including customer values.
• Working in one Service Area with more complex project.
• Transform current NDO ways of working towards analytics.
• Intelligent data usage and new analytics tools and frameworks expertise.
• Hold basic knowledge on open source programming language. Develop on demand scripts that can facilitate small manual tasks.
