Job summary

Elabram Systems, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Telecommunication Engineer to monitor wireless network performance, identify issues, and drive timely resolution across the network.

You will plan, implement and communicate wireless optimization activities, including version upgrades, system expansion, feature deployment, and event support, while coordinating with customers and interpreting optimization clauses in contracts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for wireless network performance monitoring, as well as identifying, tracking, and resolving network issues and risks.
• Responsible for planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization activities (including but not limited to version upgrades, system expansion, feature deployment, and key event support).
• Organize and participate in various forms of customer communication activities; responsible for preparing and presenting materials, as well as collecting customer issues and requirements.
• Responsible for interpreting wireless network optimization clauses in contracts, breaking down tasks, identifying risks, and continuously monitoring implementation progress.
• Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment and optimization.
