Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and development of RF solutions for wireless networks (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)
• Perform RF planning, propagation modeling, and coverage prediction
• Conduct RF optimization to improve network performance (KPI tuning, parameter optimization)
• Use drive test data and other network data for analysis and troubleshooting
• Support network deployment and integration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and system engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for internal teams and customers
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of radio access technologies, especially LTE and 5G NR
• Experience with RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, or similar) and drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo)
• Knowledge of RF principles, antenna systems, link budgets, and propagation models
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Experience in a similar role in a telecom vendor or operator environment is a plus
