Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR principles and mobile standards.
• 2+ years in Telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proactive and diligent with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wireless network performance and resolve issues and risks.
• Plan and implement wireless optimization activities and deployments.
• Prepare and present materials; collect customer issues and requirements.
• Interpret contracts for wireless optimization clauses and monitor progress.
• Organize and lead capability building for the wireless optimization team.
