• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basics, mobile standards, protocols, and radio optimization.

Responsibilities

• 1) Wireless network performance monitoring, identifying, tracking, and resolving network issues and risks.
• 2) Planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization activities (including upgrades, expansion, feature deployment, and key event support).
• 3) Organize and participate in customer communication activities; prepare/present materials; collect customer issues and requirements.
• 4) Interpret wireless network optimization clauses in contracts, break down tasks, identify risks, and monitor progress.
• 5) Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment and optimization.
