Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines is seeking a Network Performance & Optimization professional to monitor KPIs and drive improvements across radio access networks.

You will analyze drive test data, optimize parameters, support field and office activities, and collaborate with RF planning, Core Network, and operations teams to deliver reliable network services.

This role offers exposure to TEMS, Nemo, Actix, and OSS platforms and requires hands-on testing and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring network KPIs such as latency and throughput.
• Ability to analyze drive test data and OSS counters.
• Familiarity with TEMS, Nemo, Actix or vendor OSS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as accessibility, retainability, throughput, latency, and mobility performance.
• Identify root causes of network performance degradation and propose corrective actions.
• Optimize radio parameters (e.g., power, tilt, neighbor lists, handover thresholds) and perform capacity planning and traffic balancing.
• Coordinate with field engineers, RF planning teams, and operations teams.
