Qualifications

• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles and mobile standards.
• Experience in telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance (≥2 years).
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wireless network performance and identify, track, and resolve issues and risks.
• Plan and implement wireless optimization activities, including upgrades, expansion, feature deployment, and events.
• Organize and participate in customer communications; prepare and present materials; collect customer issues and requirements.
• Interpret wireless optimization clauses in contracts; break down tasks, identify risks, and monitor progress.
• Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment and optimization.
