Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and LLM-based solutions.
• Proven experience developing, deploying, and scaling ML models and analytics systems in production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary, high-performing data and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML and analytics strategy, execution, and team development.
• Define direction of AI/ML initiatives to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data models and semantic layers support analytics consumption.
• Collaborate with cloud platforms and data engineering teams.
