Job summary

Yokly is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to own cross-department reporting and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey. You will work directly with the CEO and department leads, shaping processes and ensuring smooth handoffs.

The role demands 5+ years in Operations, a Master's degree, and a track record of building cross-functional reporting systems. This is a fully remote, full-time position with graveyard US-friendly hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view
• Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction
• Catch process gaps and broken handoffs early — before they become a quarter-end surprise
• Report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with each department lead
• Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, plus the broader Sales/Marketing/CJ reporting stack

Here's what you're signing up for:

• Independent Contractor role, full-time.
• Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.
• Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.
• Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.
