Job summary

Yokly Virtual Assistant in the Philippines seeks a GoHighLevel specialist to design and build campaigns directly in the platform. You will shape strategy, implement it in workflows, pipelines, and triggers, and ensure clean CRM data.

The role is a full-time independent contractor with a graveyard shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH time) aligned to PST for the client, offering permanent WFH and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year real GoHighLevel build experience.
• Marketing-minded with ability to plan campaigns, not just execute.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented; monitor automations for issues.
• Clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Designing campaign strategy — who we're talking to, what we're saying, how the funnel should flow.
• Building that strategy inside GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers.
• Setting up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode when a new account needs one.
• Ensuring leads are tagged, scored, and routed automatically to Sales.
• Watching automation performance and improving it based on data.
• Keeping CRM records clean and synchronized between GHL and the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Watching how your automations perform and improving them based on real data
• Keeping CRM records clean so nothing gets lost between GHL and the team

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year real GoHighLevel build experience — you know your way around workflows, pipelines, and triggers, not just a login screen
• A marketing brain, not just a technical one — you can think through a campaign, not only execute someone else's
• Comfortable being hands‑on and detail-oriented — GHL automations break quietly if nobody's watching them
• A clear communicator, especially in writing

Your Role & Contract

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Full-time
• Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client
