Yokly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the top of the recruiting funnel and build strong candidate pipelines. This independent contractor role is full-time on a graveyard shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligns with PST).

Saturdays and Sundays are off, and the position is fully remote. You will source candidates, screen against real role requirements, manage a transparent pipeline, and report on sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in candidate sourcing, recruiting support, or talent acquisition.
• Comfortable with high-volume work and real data tracking.
• Strong written English and focus on candidate experience.
• Night-shift experience is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applicants against real role requirements as the first real filter.
• Keep a clean, accurate candidate pipeline that the team can trust.
• Track and report on what's actually working in sourcing—response rates, source quality, time-to-shortlist.
• Support the Employee Referral Program
• Ensure every candidate—hired or not—has a respectful, timely experience with Yokly

About the role

Yokly is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the top of the recruiting funnel — finding the right people, building real pipelines, and making sure every candidate's first experience with Yokly is a good one. This is an independent contractor position working full-time on a graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST). Saturdays and Sundays are off.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks


• Screen applicants against real role requirements as the first real filter


• Keep a clean, accurate candidate pipeline that the whole team can trust


• Track and report on what's actually working in sourcing — response rates, source quality, time-to-shortlist


• Support the Employee Referral Program


• Ensure every candidate — hired or not — has a respectful, timely experience with Yokly

About you

• 1–2 years in candidate sourcing, recruiting support, or talent acquisition


• Comfortable with high-volume work and real data tracking, not loose spreadsheets


• Strong written English and genuine care for candidate experience


• Night-shift experience is a plus — not required
