Job summary

Yokly seeks a creative marketer with a logical mindset to convert a written plan into a live GoHighLevel automation. This full-time independent contractor role follows a graveyard shift (Philippines time) to align with a US client. You will design campaigns, implement end-to-end workflows, and ensure leads are tagged, scored, and routed automatically while optimizing based on data.

Remote work with company-provided equipment and supportive onboarding to master the GoHighLevel platform.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or design roles.
• At least 1 year building workflows/automations in any platform.
• Ability to think strategically for campaigns, not just execution.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; GoHighLevel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign strategy: audience, messaging, funnel flow.
• Build strategy inside GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers.
• Set up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode when a new account needs one.
• Ensure leads are tagged, scored, routed to Sales automatically.
• Monitor and improve automations based on data.
• Keep CRM records clean between GHL and the team.

What we need is a creative or marketing background and a logical mind that can take a written game plan and build it, step by step, into something that actually runs.

Why this role:

This isn't a "run the tool" job, and it isn't a "come in already knowing GHL" job either. You'll take a written plan and build it in GoHighLevel yourself, using our training and GHL's own AI builder to get there. If you've got a creative or marketing background and a mind that can follow a process precisely, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing campaign strategy — who we're talking to, what we're saying, how the funnel should flow
• Building that strategy inside GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers — the real thing, not a template
• Setting up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode when a new account needs one
• Making sure leads get tagged, scored, and routed to Sales automatically — no manual handoff
• Watching how your automations perform and improving them based on real data
• Keeping CRM records clean so nothing gets lost between GHL and the team

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, as a Graphic Artist/Graphic Designer, or in any Design-related role
• At least 1 year of experience building workflows, pipelines, or automations — in any platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• A marketing brain, not just a technical one — you can think through a campaign, not only execute someone else's
• Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  GoHighLevel experience is a plus, not required

Your Role & Contract

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Full-time
• Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client
