Copeland Supply is seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join the newly formed Revenue Operations function. You will drive data-driven insights to inform sales decisions, optimize processes, and support cross-functional collaboration across the Americas and Controls Solutions businesses.

In this role, you will maintain data integrity, build dashboards, and partner with leadership, compensation, and business operations to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with hands-on analytics exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth sales performance analysis across representatives, segments and territories.
• Assist with compensation data gathering and analysis to align with goals.
• Support quota planning and ensure data accuracy for revenue targets.
• Maintain data hygiene and security for reliable decision-making.
• Develop, design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams.
• Conduct market research to guide commercial strategies and growth.
