Job summary

Canonical is hiring exceptional Revenue Operations analysts who will support a team driving revenue through global direct, alliance, channel partner and online sales. The role emphasizes data quality, policy compliance, and collaboration across sales, marketing, finance and legal.

Based remotely in the EMEA and Americas regions, the position requires an analytical approach, attention to detail and proactive problem solving to improve processes and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics, or compelling alternative path.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the sales and business development functions globally.
• Improve data quality through accuracy checks, order processing, training, documentation, reporting and cleansing.
• Support CRM and revenue operations policies, processes and systems such as Sales Engagement, Training/Enablement, Data Enrichment, CPQ, Analytics and Commissions.
• Assist leadership to report and improve data quality, sales metrics and dashboards.
• Support revenue operations planning, monitoring and improvements across leads, pipeline, velocity, territory management and renewals.
• Assist in automating and streamlining End-to-End Lead to Order processes.
