Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive regional projects and metrics across markets, turning CRM and sales data into a reliable view for leaders. You will coordinate with GTM, Data, Fraud, and Merchant Operations to keep initiatives on track and surface performance issues early.

The role emphasizes building a robust set of performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and cross-country collaboration to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, data, finance, or related field.
• Strong use of spreadsheets and the ability to work with large datasets to produce decision-ready analyses.
• Ownership mentality, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with CRM and cross-country data/stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Hex or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Operations projects across regions (MX, BR, EC, ZA, ID, PH) with cross-team coordination.
• Build and maintain core sales performance metrics and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop frameworks to assess rep performance and determine needed interventions.
• Analyze growth relative to market penetration across regions.
• Support forecasting, target-setting, and planning with clean data and analysis.
