Job summary

Copeland Supply seeks a data analyst to consolidate data from diverse sources and standardize it for insightful reporting. You will employ automated tools to merge data, apply calculations, and clean datasets to support marketing and sales decision making.

You will also build charts and trends, present forecasts to stakeholders, and contribute to production planning through demand reviews. Strong Excel/SQL skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business course; engineering or IT degrees are considered.
• 2+ years in supply chain, engineering or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience with product analysis or planning systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates and standardizes data from multiple sources.
• Uses automated tools to extract and combine data for analysis.
• Applies basic calculations to summarize data into actionable information.
• Cleans data per predefined guidelines and formats reports.
• Creates charts and summaries to support marketing and sales decisions.
• Presents forecasts and gaps to stakeholders for buy-in.
• Supports production planning with demand trend reviews.
• Documents new processes and reports.
