• Support long-term growth by actively seeking opportunities for advancement within the centre.
• Collaborate with Centre Team and leadership to minimize student turnover and drive sales.
• Meet SLAs for emails, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries; assist with audits and operational tasks.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction as measured by NPS/feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
