Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead CBO's new hire training program for new employees.
Educate new hires on policies and procedures using role-playing, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
Continuously update training content to reflect process changes.
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions with departmental leaders.
Identify skills gaps through needs assessments and design education aids.
