Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Cycle Management role based in Quezon City. The role involves managing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including patient billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts for discrepancies, performing account reconciliation, analyzing financial data and trends, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing or claims issues. The individual will handle documentation, maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and use systems and tools to track performance and improve process efficiency. The role requires clear communication with stakeholders, contribution to continuous process improvement initiatives, and adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, claims, and collections processes.
• Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Background in Finance to understand reimbursement models, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
• Competence in Accounting principles related to healthcare revenue, account reconciliation, and documentation accuracy.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, payers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with relevant healthcare, billing, and office software systems.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or shared services environments is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
