Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 14+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading large, enterprise-level client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of revenue cycle managed services engagements for healthcare clients.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-functional, multi-level teams to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships to drive trust, growth, and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, process improvement, and operational optimization.
