Strata Results Group in Alabang, Philippines, seeks an experienced Accounting Staff – Revenue, Billing and Collection to reinforce our finance team in the healthcare sector.

You will record daily transactions, prepare invoices and SOAs, reconcile revenue, and maintain AR ledgers while ensuring compliance and timely collections.

Strong Excel skills and knowledge of travel industry invoicing are assets; the role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• Preferably with AR, billing, collections experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and office applications.
• Knowledge of travel agency operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record and process daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, SOA, and supporting documents.
• Prepare revenue reports and summaries for management.
• Monitor and reconcile revenue against bookings and invoices.
• Maintain AR ledger and accounting system.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
