Job summary

San Miguel Global Power is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to prepare and issue ancillary service billings, monitor contract compliance, and support market settlements.

You will analyze billing disputes, coordinate with NGCP, maintain controls, and develop reporting metrics while leveraging Excel and data tools to ensure accurate financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics, business management, or related field; electrical engineer license preferred.
• At least two years of experience in revenue assurance, billing and settlements, or related financial roles in power/energy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong written communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with ancillary service agreements, contract stipulations, and implementing guidelines.
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of AS billings.
• Monitor collections from NGCP and ensure timely processing and payment of market settlement invoices and ancillary service-related charges.
• Analyze billing disputes and financial impacts, prepare notices of claim to NGCP, and facilitate timely resolution of disputes.
• Implement controls and maintain reporting metrics.

Job description

The Revenue Assurance Analyst shall be responsible for the preparation and issuance of ancillary service billings, monitoring compliance with ancillary service agreements, processing market settlement transactions, facilitating timely payment of ancillary service-related charges, and analyzing billing disputes and financial impacts.

• Monitor compliance with ancillary service agreements, contract stipulations, and implementing guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field. Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in revenue assurance, billing and settlements, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, or commercial operations within the power or energy industry,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong written communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
