Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Analyst to plan, organize, and manage pricing and profitability analyses within the Revenue and Yield Department.

The role focuses on documentation, evaluation of sales proposals, and ensuring timely dissemination of rate-related information to internal clients. The ideal candidate will have a BS Accountancy, CPA preferred, and at least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or forwarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is preferred for this role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential.

Job description

Plan, organize, manage and control various facets of activities for the Revenue and Yield Department with respect to documentation and evaluation of sales proposals using framework for financial analysis and market information.

Responsible also for ensuring the dissemination of all rate-related issues to various internal clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Sales Team in formulation of rates and profitability analysis of existing and targent accounts.


• Prepares profitability analysis of top accounts and co-loaders account.


• Monitoring of revenue per service product per month.


• Ensures that all rates are updated using the agreed rates as concurred by either SVP for Solutions Sales and/or AVP for Solutions Sales.


• Support the demand forecast tasks in preparation for revenue management


• Ensures a higher yield from the right customer at the right time and for the right price.


• Maintains records of segment and profitability analysis


• Distributes, monitors and summarizes the periodic production reports for all accounts with special arrangements.


• Maintains and updates database on pricing and yield matters


• Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the SVP-Sales, AVP Sales and RYM Senior Manager.


• Participate in monthly Solutions Sales and Client meetings as required.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of any BS Accountancy.


• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting; preferably in a Logistic/Forwarding industry or equivalent.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently an within a team environment.


• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Applications; advance knowledge of Excel preferred,


• Good communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate with Associates at all levels of organization.
