NRI is seeking a Revenue and Billing Analyst to join our Finance team in Taguig, Philippines. You will oversee invoicing, revenue reporting and billing controls, collaborating with Business Managers, Management Accountants and customers to enable accurate financial outcomes.

The role requires 3 years in Billing or Revenue, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel/Oracle skills. You will support month-end processes and data analysis while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualificações

• 3 years experience in a similar Billing or Revenue role.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with or working towards CA/ CPA Qualification
• Oracle Financials experience or similar Accounting Systems advantageous
• Microsoft Office (intermediate)
• Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and identify information from monthly trends
• High attention to detail and integrity of data
• Willingness to learn new tasks with a can-do attitude

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and delivery of Invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance to billing procedures and internal audit standard (JSOX).
• Administer timesheets and timesheets correction.
• Assisting the Management Accountant with end of month requests/queries.
• Extensive reconciliations and data analysis.
• Assisting consultants with timesheet related queries.
• Response and resolution to emails in the central mailbox.
• Weekly upload of invoices from external platform into Oracle.
• Fortnightly upload of payroll data.
• Ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Prepare weekly project margin reports for management.
