Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dynamic reconciliation models).
• Proven ability to perform month-over-month flux analysis, reconcile complex datasets, and pinpoint root causes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-finance partners.
• High level of self-direction and organization; able to prioritise multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manual billing execution across multiple entities, including contracts, amendments, usage-based fees, and bundles.
• Audit and reconcile billing data across Salesforce, internal systems, and AR ledgers for 100% alignment.
• Perform MoM flux analysis of billing and revenue metrics and explain findings to leadership.
• Review contracts pre-invoicing to validate schedules and CPQ configuration, reducing errors.
• Act as Billing SME for Sales, Legal, and Revenue Accounting; advise on deal structuring and escalations.
• Partner with IT and Business Systems on automating workflows and supporting CPQ+Billing migrations.
• Create and optimize Salesforce and Excel billing reports for leadership decisions and audits.
