Job summary

Genfinity in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Senior Billing Operations Analyst to lead complex billing processes, ensure data accuracy, and drive revenue recognition across our product portfolio. You will handle end-to-end billing, reconcile data across Salesforce and AR ledgers, and act as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, and Revenue Accounting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in billing, AR, or revenue ops in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dynamic models).
• Analytical mindset with MoM flux analysis and data reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-finance partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end high-volume billing across multiple entities and contracts.
• Audit and reconcile billing data across Salesforce, internal systems, and AR ledgers.
• Perform MoM flux analysis and communicate findings to leadership.
• Review contracts pre-invoicing to validate billing schedules and CPQ configuration.
• Serve as Billing SME for Sales, Legal, and Revenue Accounting teams.
• Partner with Business Systems to automate workflows and support CPQ+Billing/Workday migrations.
• Build and optimize Salesforce and Excel billing reports for leadership.
