Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in returns, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong skills in data monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage escalations and work with different departments.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall returns performance and ensure that returns remain within the established acceptable threshold.
• Ensure that daily and monthly returns reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of controls for managing returns.
• Monitor returns transactions and ensure proper validation, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure that disputes are identified and raised promptly for proper resolution.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Returns team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and other concerned departments regarding returns-related concerns and issues.
• Handle team concerns and manage escalations, particularly during peak periods of returns receiving in the warehouse.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to returns processes and controls.
• Ensure proper monitoring and follow-through of returns-related action items.
