Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Associate to manage returns processing, documentation, and related transactions at our Cupang, Muntinlupa site.

You will work closely with the warehouse and other departments to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of returns and BOs. The role involves preparing RTV items, processing transactions, monitoring disputes, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in data encoding, administrative work, inventory, warehouse, accounting support, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
• SAP experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the pull-out of RTV (Return to Vendor) items.
• Process and accurately record return transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor returns and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Conduct returns reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Monitor and file disputes related to returns and assist in ensuring proper collection and resolution.
• Validate BOs (Bad Orders) and ensure that these are properly claimed from principals.
• Maintain organized records and files for all return-related transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular returns reports to the concerned teams.
• Provide administrative and data support for returns-related activities.
• Manage assigned brands and monitor return transactions for easier tracking and follow-through.
