Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years as Operations/Program Manager in inbound sales telecom accounts.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong customer service and sales background.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and inspire your team to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Develop all team leads to ensure top performance.
• Monitor staff to assess developmental needs and improve performance.
• Day-to-day management of account issues and client relations.
• Provide training and conduct regular appraisals with team.
• Analyze data to improve call centre performance.
• Staffing and hiring responsibilities.
