EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Specialist (FINRA 6 or 7 licensed) to provide retirement planning guidance to clients in a fast-paced call center environment in Metro Manila. You will ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service and solutions.

The role requires the FINRA license, experience in retirement planning or customer service, and strong knowledge of IRAs and 401(k)s. Proficiency with CRMs and financial software is preferred.

We are seeking a Retirement Specialist (FINRA 6 or 7 Licensed) to join our team. As a Retirement Specialist, you will leverage your financial expertise and FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing to provide comprehensive retirement solutions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service whilst maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert retirement planning advice and guidance to customers, assessing their financial situations and retirement goals
• Assist customers with retirement account selections, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investment
• Process retirement related transactions in accordance with FINRA regulations and company policies
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, and account management
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex retirement-related issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Stay updated on industry changes, regulatory updates, and product developments relevant to retirement services
• Meet performance targets and quality standards whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 License
• Proven experience in retirement planning, financial advisory, or customer service within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of retirement products, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investment vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and financial software platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
• Commitment to compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
• At least a year of BPO experience is required
• Complete SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN requirements
