Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a FINRA-licensed professional to join our client services team in the Philippines. The role involves handling client inquiries about investment products, guiding account openings, and ensuring regulatory compliance with FINRA standards.

The ideal candidate holds FINRA Series 6/26, has at least 1 year of BPO experience, excellent English communication, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
• Experience: At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Skills: FINRA License Series 6 and/or Series 26.
• Skills: Proficiency in English Language.
• Skills: Strong Customer Service skills.
• Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have complete government statutory numbers: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay or Alabang.
