Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Specialist with FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing to join our financial services team. The role focuses on retirement planning guidance, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused service in Metro Manila.

The position involves assisting with account selections, processing retirement transactions, educating clients on strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues while delivering high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 License required.
• Experience in retirement planning or financial advisory.
• Strong knowledge of retirement products (IRAs, 401(k)s).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide retirement planning guidance to customers and assess needs.
• Assist customers with retirement account selections (IRAs, 401(k)s, etc.).
• Process retirement transactions in line with FINRA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Educate customers on retirement strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve retirement-related issues.
• Meet performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
