As a Retirement Plan Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing retirement plan implementations, managing system updates, processing asset conversions, and ensuring operational accuracy throughout the plan lifecycle.

Execute end-to-end system setup and configuration for new retirement plans based on client specifications.
Process retirement plan installations, amendments, deconversions, and system updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support platform migrations and business-driven system enhancements.
Process and validate asset conversion data to ensure seamless transfer and reconciliation of retirement plan assets.
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and operational files.
Prepare participant enrollment kits, notices, and other required retirement plan communications.
Maintain and update corporate forms, fillable PDFs, templates, and operational documents to ensure readiness and compliance.
Monitor task progress and proactively identify missing information or potential operational bottlenecks.
Escalate issues and risks to leadership while recommending solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Provide regular updates on workload status, project progress, and daily operational activities.
Participate in ongoing training programs and continuously develop expertise in retirement plan operations, systems, and processes.
Apply new knowledge and best practices to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree required
1-2 years of experience in a business related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Desire and willingness to serve
Ability to multi-task and apply analytical skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to learn quickly and Detail oriented
Amenable to work on night shift schedule
