You will prepare year-end reports, perform compliance testing, maintain records, support participant accounts, and collaborate with the team while adhering to data privacy and security standards.
Join our team and play a key role in supporting retirement plan administration and compliance activities for a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in retirement plan operations, regulatory compliance, and client support within the financial services industry.
Prepare and review year-end compliance reports to ensure retirement plans meet regulatory and client requirements.
Perform annual compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 415, 401(a)(4), deductibility, and 402(g) testing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant information, plan contributions, transactions, account balances, and eligibility data.
Support participant account administration by monitoring plan activities and ensuring data integrity.
Respond to internal and cross-functional inquiries related to vesting calculations, loan balances, workflow processes, auditor requests, and lost earnings calculations.
Prepare employer contribution illustrations and related calculations for prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with team members and participate in departmental training programs to enhance technical knowledge and industry expertise.
Contribute to special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned by management.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies regarding data privacy, confidentiality, information security, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a business related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn complex retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to data confidentiality
Amenable to work on night shift schedule
