Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in Manila is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee setup, daily operations, and performance of physical gaming outlets. You will ensure locations operate smoothly, gaming systems function reliably, and regulatory standards are met.

You will lead operations teams, coordinate stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements across multiple outlets while maintaining strong compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations or tech deployment.
• Proven experience in gaming, casino, or sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of betting systems and gaming terminals.
• Knowledge of PAGCOR regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading operational teams and monitoring performance.
