MicroSourcing is hiring a Workforce Retail Scheduler (AU Consumer Telco) in Taguig. The role focuses on translating forecasts into practical store rosters, balancing labour budgets, and ensuring compliance with agreements.

Onsite dayshift, supporting a large-scale retail workforce across Australia – a critical partner in delivering reliable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in WFM or scheduling, hands-on roster creation, and strong analytical and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management or scheduling.
• 2–3 years creating and managing rosters in retail or frontline environments.
• Proficient with enterprise WFM systems and automated scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise agreements, awards and labour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leaders and analysts to align rosters with plans and forecasts.
• Create, publish and maintain accurate store rosters within deadlines while complying with agreements.
• Convert forecasts and demand into efficient schedules with fair labor mix.
• Monitor roster compliance and escalate potential risks or issues.
• Analyze outcomes and KPIs to drive continuous workforce improvements.
