Job summary

SM Retail Inc. is seeking a Training & Talent Management Manager to lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen capabilities and drive business growth.

You will design and implement training and talent programs, collaborate with leaders, and oversee talent reviews across store and corporate teams. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with 5+ years in training, L&D or talent management, and a track record in a retail or fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management.
• Experience in retail or a fast-paced business environment preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, hands-on, and passionate about people development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and talent management programs aligned with business needs.
• Lead learning and development, leadership development, and career development initiatives.
• Manage talent review and high-potential development programs.
• Identify training and development needs across store and corporate teams.
• Partner with leaders to address talent and capability gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and manage learning partners and resources.
