The role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive training and talent management programs across store and corporate teams. You will lead leadership development, career development, and talent reviews, partnering with leaders to address capability gaps and ensure ongoing learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Training, L&D, or Talent Management.
• Experience in retail or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
