Job summary

You will create modules, conduct sessions, manage training records, analyze needs, and standardize materials. Travel to stores for trainings and collaborate with store leaders to raise performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail training or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Willing to travel for store visits and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, accurate, and comprehensive training modules, including guidelines, lesson plans, and materials.
• Deliver training sessions for new and existing staff across stores, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Monitor and document training activities, attendance, topics, and outcomes to identify learning gaps and improve effectiveness.
• Assess training needs through performance data, feedback, and store visits; design targeted programs.
• Disseminate finalized materials and updates across the organization to ensure access to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with store supervisors to evaluate training impact and propose improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
