Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Training to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs for retail store staff and corporate teams. You will align programs with customer service excellence and sales targets.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, developing onboarding and product knowledge courses, delivering sessions, creating materials and assessments, and tracking training effectiveness across stores and head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Learning and Development, Training, or Retail Operations.
• Experience in retail or customer service training preferred.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Experience with instructional design and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis with Operations, HR, and department heads.
• Develop onboarding, customer service, product knowledge, and sales training.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job trainings.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Travel to stores and regional locations as needed.
• Ensure programs align with company policies and standards.
