Job summary

NTT DATA in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Lead – Retail Technology & Store Implementation to own the technology workstreams behind the launch of a new retail brand.

You will lead end-to-end IT readiness, manage RMS/POS/RMS, and coordinate vendors and partners to ensure a successful go-live, with hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in lead/managerial roles.
• Strong experience in retail technology implementations and store openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation and IT readiness for the launch of a new retail store.
• Drive infrastructure decisions (cloud vs on-prem, networking, cybersecurity, backup).
• Oversee deployment of RMS, POS, Retail Pro/Prism, and FMS integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure on-time go-live.
• Provide technical input for FMS and other enterprise solutions.
• Monitor IT readiness, progress, risks, and issues and report to stakeholders.
