Job summary

Citistores, Inc. is seeking a store manager in the Philippines to lead a team of sales associates and drive sales performance. You will coach staff, implement strategies to reach targets, and oversee daily operations including cash handling and loss prevention.

You will analyze sales data to spot trends, optimize inventory, and develop marketing initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and effective communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail management.
• Willing to relocate (Staff house provided by the company).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to interpret sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including cash management, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among store associates.
• Collaborate with regional and district managers to align store goals with company strategy.
