Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, logistics, or related function.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability across retail branches.
• Assist in preparing replenishment and supply requirements based on sales and inventory data.
• Identify potential stockouts, overstock, and slow-moving items and report findings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers regarding purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams regarding product requirements.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and shipment schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock availability, POs, deliveries, and supply status.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve supply chain and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the role

The role will assist in inventory monitoring, supply planning, purchase order tracking, supplier coordination, delivery monitoring, and reporting to ensure the timely availability of products across stores.

About you

• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
