Job summary

mr-diy Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the Talisay/ Batangas branch operations and drive sales performance.

The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in retail, with strong organizational, leadership, and coaching skills. You will oversee merchandising, displays, daily operations, customer service, safety, and staff development, reporting to HQ and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required language: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and people management skills.
• Merchandising and coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
