The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, merchandising and people-management skills. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coordinate with HQ for reporting and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry
• Strong leadership, coaching, merchandising and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
