Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Sta. Lucia Mall 2. You will drive sales growth, manage daily operations, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure a clean, compliant store environment. Lead, train, and coach staff while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires 5 years in retail and fluency in Filipino and English, with eligibility to work at Sta. Lucia Mall 2. On-site position with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
