Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for Sta. Lucia, Cainta Rizal. The role leads sales growth, supervises staff, and ensures smooth daily operations, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, fluent Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. Experience in coaching and people management is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Amenable to work in Sta Lucia, Cainta Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise staff; monitor and assess performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Update and report sales, new staff, assignments, and cases to HQ.
• Prepare and send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
