Qualifications

• Filipino and English language proficiency.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred; 5+ years preferred.
• Able to work at Mr. Toy Sta. Lucia.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations and keep areas tidy.
• Organize merchandise in selling areas and greet customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; appraise tasks.
• Ensure safe, clean store environment and report to HQ.
