Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a capable Store Supervisor for its Lamitan Basilan location. The role focuses on driving sales growth and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining store standards and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail, strong leadership and organizational skills, and fluency in Filipino and English. This position requires hands-on management of merchandising, staff training, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 5 years working experience in retail industry.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor job performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety with a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ/Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ/Superior.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
