Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee sales performance and daily store operations in the Philippines. The role requires leadership, merchandising expertise, and a customer-focused approach to drive store growth.

The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment at Baler Arcade 2. Filipino and English language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry.
• Strong skills in organization, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines and SOP.
